The restaurant was completely refurbished in 2019, with the addition of Japanese-inspired Peruvian dishes, known as Nikkei Cuisine, to its menu, further amplifying the restaurant’s position as a local culinary innovator.
Located on the first floor of Hotel Juliani, within a lovingly restored St Julian's townhouse, Zest enjoys the added bonus of an open-air terrace overlooking romantic Spinola Bay. Attractive features include an open wine cellar and a sushi bar on the restaurant floor, where patrons witness the art of preparing Japanese sushi.
